Tom actually did not come to my apartment
My repair appointment has been rescheduled for an earlier date which was great. However when Tom contacted me that he was on his way and confirmed the address, there was not an apartment listed. So he informed me he could not come because of that. When I asked why he could not just add the apartment to the address he became irate and told me if I was going to question him I should be careful as he was the only repair person for the area. When I called the Claims number I was told that the apartment number was on the claim and that they would contact me to see if it was possible to get another repair person. Finally the next day I received an email stating that the fridge had been deemed irreparable and I would receive a refund.

Service
Technician stated he was not GE Certified. My washer is GE. He said he "thought" the motor was going & recommended using appliance until motor died & purchasing LG washer. No service was rendered. I continued to use washer until yesterday (2/28) 12 days after service call & it sounded like a belt snapped during final spin. Extremely dissatisfied with technician.

Liar
Once again Roger did not show up. He has done this four times to us. I cannot believe he hasn't been fired yet. This company and their technicians are a scam.

Technician Never showed up for appointment - Lied
Made appointment twice today while at the house waiting for him . He never showed up . No tire marks on snow . Lied about coming to appointment twice today.

Unhappy
Your serviceman thought that he was all-knowing but he was non-listening. He tried to convince me that my GFI sockets were causing the problem he was wrong the dishwasher is faulty. Now I'm sitting here with a dishwasher that doesn't work and Thanksgiving is next week. The electrician said that the outlets are fine even though he changed my GFI behind the dishwasher but he said that they are fine the dishwasher is faulty like I said like I tried to tell your technician. VERY BAD!!!!

Didn't show up.

Stove repair
Scott was very timely and called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He cleaned up after himself and was courteous. I am reluctant to leave this review because I do not believe he was at fault when repairing my stove, but it still shuts off during use. I am unable to use my oven at all. I had the oven repaired last year and it stopped working reliably in March of this year.

Freezer repair
He was very aggressive, accusatory and rude -saying I was "demanding" to have the gasket on my freezer changed, and he claimed the problem was that I need to defrost the freezer.( even though there was NO frost near the lid !!) He seemed to not understand that I am the PAYING CUSTOMER and should be spoken to courteously…. I would like to speak with someone about this issue.
