Jeffrey did a terrific job repairing our stove(s), buy it was impossible to talk to a live person to get our question answered. I used the chat room twice and rescheduled our appointment three times, but it wasn't until Jeffrey called was I able to get our message across. Terrible customer service.

Very pleased with the service by Bruce R. The only thing I would like to have changed would be to give a 4 hour window when the technician would arrive instead of a 9 hour window (8-5).

Jeffery was prompt and repaired our oven. Too bad the replacement part Sears sent was broken. This could have turned into a BIG waste of time for myself and Jeffrey. The original part and the part Sears sent was used to swap out parts and finalize the repair of my oven. Thank you Jeffery for not causing me to wait for more inferior parts to be shipped from Sears.
