This tech is great! He is knowledgeable, polite, does his work efficiently! Only problem I just realized is there was water on the floor so I have cleaned it up & just ran my first load of wash & the washer sounds very noisy compared to what it was before repair. Not sure what it is & will call if water continues to be on the floor as that wasn't an issue before. He said a hose needed to be tightened & he did, but maybe through moving it for the repair it got loose again..... the noise it makes between cycles is not sounding good either.
