Five Star Diagnostic Test and Customer Service
Randall is a credit to your technician team. He was through, provided comprehensive explanations, had a pleasant demeanor, was calm and friendly. While the repair estimate was more than the cost of a new appliance, I would definitely ask for Randall by name for any future repairs.
