Why did I have the Other Tech here 3 times to fix this refrigerator and Derrick came in diagnosed the problems and the SIMPLE AND EFFECTIVE solutions. No one has EVER vacuumed the coils...Derrick did and we are cooling.. suggested a solution for the ice maker. I have hope this time it's fixed
