Annual maintenance check of dishwasher, washer and dryer
Scott was efficient and personable. He fixed a dishwasher rack and made a call to add our gas range to the service call because we had an issue with the oven last night. We look forward to his return later this month to make the necessary repairs on the gas range.

He was great! He was very personable and was straight forward.
Dan,
VTHe was good at his job. Well ready to get to work. And neat.
The tech Roger I. Is good. The problem I have with is the system to get a tech out here. First there's no way to communicate with someone to answer a question, and the system hangs up on you. Nice job. I will not renew this contract.

S Burlington, VTJeffery-5 stars. Sears Home Services-0 stars.
Jeffery's service was fine. He was polite and he repaired the washer drain pump. However, I will NEVER use Sears Home Services again or any company that I cannot talk to a human during the process. This company is all online and there is no way to communicate directly. After calling the only number listed, it refers customers to a "check the box" to schedule an appointment. Then the emails and texts start coming. My appointment date would be confirmed and then turned around and canceled. I went through this over and over. I have (soon to be had) a Sears Home Warranty and had to submit an estimate to be approved before service could proceed. I paid Sears Home Service the $99 diagnostic fee and got the approval from my Sears Home Warranty the day after the diagnosis. But I had no way to get in touch with Sears Home Services so that I could pay parts and labor upfront as is their policy and we could move forward in a timely manner. Instead, I finally rescheduled an appointment online with no way to communicate to get the part ordered and paid advance. (BTW: the diagnostic fee kept changing before my eyes from $99 to $109 to $119). This process has taken 2 months to finally get the repair. TWO MONTHS WITHOUT A CLOTHES WASHER! This is unacceptable and could have been much sooner if I could have talked to a person to get the transaction rolling. How do I get ahold of someone if the repair fails? Because of their lack of concern for their customers, I will not be using this company again.

Tom called prior to arriving with plenty of lead time & arrived on time. He professionally diagnosed the problem in a very timely manner and resolved the issue by offering a new unit after establishing my unit could not be repaired. I am quite happy & satisfied with Tom's work and professionalism.
