Jeffery is great, and he has consistently tried to repair our dryer with very little support from Sears. He ordered a burner fuse for us on our near July 11th, and not only did it take forever for the parts to be delivered, when the deliveries finally occurred, they sent the same part in two different shipments. However, Sears has still not sent the burner fuse, which is what Jeffery has ordered at least twice. Today, we need to reschedule again because Jeffery cannot complete the repair of our dryer without a burner fuse. He's called twice today regarding the parts we did and didn't receive, with the last call advising us not to bother rescheduling our repair appointment until we actually receive the part needed to repair our dryer. This situation started on March 31st when I initially called to report that our dryer wasn't drying. Since then, we have had over 20 appointments including multiple no-shows, cancellations by Sears, and/or parts either not being delivered in a timely manner, or in the case of the burner fuse, not being delivered at all. Jeffery is the only Sears repair technician who seems to empathize with our situation, and he has kept us in the loop with phone calls. Also, he has actually showed up for the appointment, which was repeatedly not the case with other repair technicians. I'm not happy with this situation with Sears, but NONE of it is Jeffery's fault. I believe we finally have a repair technician who is actually working with us and SEARS to try to rectify this incredibly annoying experience with our Dryer's Sears Warranty service and repair. It has been over 4 months with multiple appointments, long wait-times on a myriad of phone calls to SEARs,, at least 6 actual technician repair visits, resulting with our dryer still not drying. The last 3 visits were either unsuccessful or needed to be rescheduled because the dryer burner fuse that is apparently needed for our dryer, is taking forever to be delivered.
