Great job!
This tech does a very professional and thorough job! He is the only bright spot in the very poor job done by the Sears team. It has taken 6 months for this repair to be completed due to cancellation issues and issues with parts. The only person in the whole process who did a great job was the repairman He deserves a raise and the rest of the team needs to do a better job
