I set up an appointment on Tuesday, Randy was here at 9:00am Wednesday. Range was accurately diagnosed within 15 minutes and repaired within 30 minutes. I hope I never need appliances repaired again, but if I do I will call Sear Appliance Repair.

Scott arrived and got right into diagnosing the issue. He took his time to inspect the refrigerator and listen to the issues. After researching the issue, he was honest about the problem and the outcome (ultimately the parts I needed were no longer available). In the end, he stuck around to give me advice about shopping for a new appliance, for which I anm extremely grateful.
