Randy arrived for our scheduled service on time, took the time to really investigate all the possible causes for our issue, and used the down time while we were running the machine through its cycle to teach us some tips and tricks for keeping our appliance at its best. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and our washer/dryer combo is now back in action! Thanks, Randy, for such excellent service!
