Bob arrived first thing at 8:00am. He was very professional, efficient and cleaned the lint and replaced the broken belt. He also checked for any gas leaks, and told us that under our maintenance contract we are entitled to an annual preventative service call which we will be taking advantage of.

Bob (the tech) Diagnosed our gas dryer during the first appointment and ordered the parts. He made a second appointment once we knew when the parts would arrive , and he installed them on the day of the appointment with no problems. I would highly recommend Sears to anyone that needs an appliance repaired.
