We have 3 appliances that are out of order and many Sears service technicians visit out home for the last 3 months with no progress on repairing any of them. The Sears Warranty Plan turns out to be not a very good deal. Anyway, Bob fixed our oven. Now, we wait and hope that the washer and the refrigerator will be fixed soon. Hopefully, they will send Bob.
