Bob was very professional and helpful. the reservation system is very hard to use and there is no way to contact anyone (except a bot) once the reservation is made. I wanted to get the model number and error codes to the service person so they might be able to have needed parts - no way to do that or talk to anyone. I will call someone local next time. Bye Sears
