Repair of refrigerator and washer

Bob provided expert service and demonstrated knowledge appropriate for fixing the problem. He get 5 stars! Regarding the communication with customer service: I was unable to speak with a customer service representative. This resulted in an extended delay in completing the repair. Multiple parts were ordered after the original service appointment. When some of those parts were delayed, the next service appointment kept getting rescheduled to a later date. Even though the oven parts arrived promptly, the repair was re-scheduled awaiting for the other non-critical ones. As a result we had to go without an oven over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Customer service gets 1.5 stars. If I had been able to talk with a customer service representative, I could have had repair done as originally scheduled; as the necessary parts arrived in plenty of time for the appointment. Dealing with the AI assistant was totally frustrating! I would be glad to discuss this with a live person on a phone call. Tp this end, text me a phone number that puts me in touch with a live person. Thank you for considering my issue seriously.
