Extremely pleased with the entire Sears repair service. Our appt. Was scheduled the next day, Bob called early letting us know when he would be there and was very well trained. He had the problem diagnosed and had a new one installed within an hour. He was a very nice man to work with. We would highly recommend Sears appliance service.

Tom did an excellent job on the repair and knew exactly what to do. He was friendly, helpful in explaining things, and very efficient. He went the extra mile for us. If we need other repairs in the future, I hope Tom will be our service guy. He's the best.

Repair man today was Very knowledgeable. Polite. Listened to what I said about the appliances. Went the extra mile to fix my dishwasher that has been down since November. There has been many canceled appointments and wrong parts delivered. Scheduling appointments is long wait, and was not able to schedule both my appliances together through the telephone app causing more appointments then seem necessary for the microwave and dishwasher repair
