Made appointment for a refrigerator repair and was offered a stove hood cleaning as well. The technician John called me on the day of the appointment to clarify they don't do commercial stove hoods but he would check about the refrigerator repair not listed which was critical for me. . He called back after fixing a clerical error and got to me 20 minutes later. He was terrific!!! He diagnosed the problem promptly, and defrosted the panel which was blocking air flow to the refrigerator. He explained how to keep it from happening again . Totally brilliant! Done quickly and yes I will ask for John again because he is the best!!!! Thank you John you saved the day!
