The fridge has run nonstop since it was repaired. It used to shut off when the door was opened. It doesn’t anymore. Is this normal? Should we have it looked at again? Our fridge still isn’t shutting off after being fixed again.

We paid a lot of money for this service contract only to find out that they have no technicians in our area. They wanted the deductible up front and then they sent an email about the lack of technicians. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get reimbursed. I would think long and hard before signing on the dotted line.
