Tech was great, 2 hours late but we knew he was on other calls. Would have been nice though if we got a text or call advising of it. The tracking app never updated his arrival time until he was on the way

Loved Al- great guy. System is weird though. We received a “window” of 8 am - 5 pm then the technician shows up at 7:30 am and says he was going to give us 10 minutes before “no- showing” us. Lucky for us, I guess, that we didn’t go to the gym today !

Serviceman was here right at 8 am, diagnosed quickly. No parts were needed, and was reasonable in fees.
