Leon did a great job. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed my dishwasher. My only complaint is that the window given for time of service was 8-5. I would have appreciated a smaller window.

Al did a great job troubleshooting a leak in our washer, getting the right parts ordered and getting it repaired. He called each day he was coming out, which was good because the automated message system gave us some wrong info on timing and told us we had to rebook the repair appointment.

Leon was fantastic from start to finish. He identified the problem efficiently and then when the necessary part arrived, he returned and handled that very efficiently as well. He was professional, friendly and also very patient when he had to explain the bill to me several times over (because it took awhile for my brain to catch up - it wasn’t anything problematic on his part.) A true gentleman and highly knowledgeable in his work. Thank you Sears for Leon!
