The service we received from Craig P. exceeded well above our expectations. He found a major problem by double checking things on our refrigerator instead of just ordering a part and being done. He also fixed the loud noise it was making. He was also very nice and explained everything he done and what was wrong. Highly recommend him. Job well done for sure. We appreciate all the help!
