Although I understood what the tech was saying about our service situation, I was put off by his condescending behavior and laughter. After he left, he sat in my yard for half an hour on his phone. I actually went to check on him to make sure he didn't have a medical emergency.

The repair took two trips and a month to complete. He was very nice and this may not be his fault but we went without a working washing machine for a month.

So far there have been 6 scheduled appointments with Sears Repair. They have rescheduled 5 times, working on 6th now. I am two hours away from the appliance that needs repaired. I drive to the location only to get a text from Richard an AI, to inform me they cannot show AGAIN and give me dates to reschedule. I chose the date, they confirm, I drive two hours only to get the message again. A repairman showed, ONCE, to diagnose and order the parts. The parts arrived at my house two weeks ago. Since then, the appointment has been rescheduled three times. It has been about 5 or 6 weeks waiting for this repair, in the meantime I have not oven for this long. Stay tuned as I will update when they finally show to complete the job. In response to your reply, I believe all these responses are AI. The place where the appliance is being repaired is 15 minutes down the road; I went to the actual address for Sears Appliance Repair La Crosse on Mecklenberg Ave and there is a furniture store, no Sears repair anywhere in the area. I am not calling this number; I am sure it is automated as well. Since dealing with this company, I have only talked to one real person, the tech who came out that one time. Other than that, no real person has ever answered the phone. It will not let you get a real person. If they really feel strongly about their apology they should be calling the customer. Update: 3 weeks later. The Technician, Muhammad G did a great job. The company itself still gets a one star, zero if I could. They canceled and rescheduled 2 more appointments to replace the parts since the last review. This company is run by AI, besides the technician is the only person I talked to the entire time. No personal accountability at all. Terrible company and besides the technician terrible service.
