Jeff did an amazing job diagnosing the issue within one of the electrical panels in our double oven. He sent the panel off to have it repaired and he came back today and our oven is all fixed. Jeff was on time each day he came and called to confirm each morning. Thank you Jeff.

I was very impressed with the repairman. He was the same person who diagnosed the original problem which was great. It was not an easy repair and he worked extra hard to solve the problem rather than giving up. When he left I thought- that guy deserves a raise!
