Service tech did not show up.

We waited 11 days for service. When they arrived. Open our washer shook the drum and wrote up 1, 750.00 repair quote. I explained to them the problem on repair application. Sears repair man knew our washer was beyond repair after reading application. Yet it cost us 11 days and 129.00 and he never if touch a tool. Not even a screw driver. Never Again Sears. I Was a faithful customer.
