Refrigerator bottom freezer light repair
Very courteous, very knowledgable about the refrigerator & its lighting. Bottom Freezer light didn't work; repair is done through wiring above the right door. Explained his procedure, repaired the connection & checked the overall health of the refrigerator in a timely fashion. Very pleased..

I am very pleased with the techs who came to my home in response to my broken washer. The service on my older model Kenmore washer was done on-time, thoroughly, and with care. Not only was my broken washer fixed, the issue and fix were explained well, and in a polite manner. I am so happy that I have the Sears Home Services agreement in place for my appliances, and that the technicians are top-notch.
