Warranty Service Review
The process of setting up the appointment was very easy. We were given options for timeframes and we picked the best one for us. However, the original date/time was cancelled by Sears with no reason provided. The rep with whom I spoke (Braylon) rescheduled the appointment for the following day. We requested both online and on the phone that the tech should try to arrive by 12:30 to 1:00 p.m. because we had a long-standing commitment at 3 p.m. On the day of the service, at around 2 p.m., I called again and the rep (Princess) contacted the technician to change the time to 4:30. The tech (Mustafa) actually arrived shortly after 4 p.m. and proceeded to deal with our dryer issue. He also performed a preventative maintenance check on our covered washing machine and refrigerator. He was neat, polite, and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and what he found. He fixed the problem promptly. Overall, it was a good experience, notwithstanding the initial cancellation. Everyone I interacted with was professional and went out of their way to help address the issue at hand.

Mohammad was very professional. He examined my dryer and told me the rollers were worn out and need to be replaced. He gave me a quote which, unfortunately, was too high that it would be better to just buy a new one. So I didn't go ahead with the repair.
