Microwave on the Go!!
Jamshid did a great job! Friendly and very efficient. But, not because of Jamshid, I will NEVER use Sears Repair again. It took over a month to get my microwave fixed. One reason after another. Your repairperson never showed up for appts on Monday and Tuesday (7am to 6 pm) of this week. We were not alerted until 6 pm for the two days. Two days of lost work. Finally Jamshid showed up on Wed and did a great job. Your customer service is unacceptable and I will never renew or purchase any contracts with Sears, ever again!!!

Terrible
Sears needs to have a live customer service department. Because it was impossible to contact a live person ahead of time, and because Sears's website made it impossible for me to update the service request to include instructions on how to get through the security gate (I tried multiple times and kept getting an error message), the technician arrived and did not know how to get through the security gate (all he had to do was give the name "Sears" and the property address to the security guard), called one time (and left no voicemail, so we had no clue what the purpose of the call was), then ignored the next 5-6 immediate call backs (which were first made within less than a minute of his original call). 20 minutes later, he called back and refused to return. Prior to that phone call, he had submitted an estimate that he said was "approved", which he signed, even though he never came to the property. During the phone call, he denied signing and submitting this estimate, maintained an attitude akin to "this isn't my problem", and then hung up on us. We have no way of addressing this with Sears because we have no ability to reach a live person. I had no choice but to arrange with my home warranty company to assign a different company instead. This whole experience was terrible and I will never use Sears again. I hope there is a live person at Sears who is able to see this review.

No service provided
LG linear compressor is prematurely failing, a common, known problem with my 7 year old, Kenmore Elite model. Owners' Manual confirms 10 year warranty. AI agent stated repair tech would arrive with replacement part. He did not, and left without inspecting compressor or any other part of refrigerator. He also arrived late - outside of 4 hour repair window. He said he would return tomorrow (Saturday), but did not say when. All web links provided in texts from AI agent are broken.

Fridge repair
The repairman came and added more coolent, but this did not fix the problem. While the display on the fridge reads -6 and 34, thermometers placed in the two compartments reads 2 and 44. And ice cream when placed in the freezer is now soft. So I need a return visit.

Problem is worse than before
Second time to try and repair the dishwasher. Did not seem to understand he'd been out once already and said he'd have to rest a part - which he hadn't, then couldn't figure out if the dishwasher was still made. Now in addition to the error the pump is making sounds so I turned the breaker off. You are going to kill this dishwasher with the lack of ability to fix it.

Terrible experience.
This man did not even come into my kitchen nor did he assess my refrigerator. He pressured me into getting a home warranty that would not even be effective for 30 days or more. Not only did he pressure me into it, but he took my phone on two occasions and pushed buttons. I felt like I was completely taken advantage of I was charged twice for the visit and for the home warranty. I found this to be completely unacceptable and I am still waiting to hear back from customer service. This is not how you build trust with the consumer.

Bad customer service
Mr. Hamayoon had a very bad attitude. When I asked questions about my stove top he replied "I've been doing this for 16 years ". I let him know I'm just asking you a question about the issue, why is he so aggressive. He said I disrespected him for questioning him. I told him never mind I don't want the service anymore, he can leave. If this is the kind of customer service your technicians have, you have a big problem. I wish I could give zero stars.

Terrible office and service personnel
The experience with your repair person was good, with your services it was terrible. Repairman was supposed to be there between 0700 and 1100. At 1110 when I called they changed it to 1145 at 1150 you changed it to 1310. I missed a doctors appointment you never once called and changed his arrival time. I have to pay for missing the appointment. He was there 15 minutes it was an electrical system problem. You charged me over $200. Terrible service
