My clothes dryer's electronic control board burn't out and your technician replaced it. He was polite, professional and thorough.The warranty company wanted to speak with him. He graciously took the call and answered the questions the warranty company had for him.

I had to wait for 3hours at empty apartment with no chair to seat, that wasn't very nice but when technician came and solved the issue very quick. He was very gentle n knowledgeable. If Sears arrange schedule more efficiently I will think about being a Sears member! Now I'm waiting for my receipt. Thank you

Sediq and anther Sears Technician were at my house today to install parts ordered by another technician. they fixed my washer finally. they also told me my faucet was slowly dripping and to get a plumber over. very respectful guys.

Rachid arrived promptly and asked to know the problem that needed fixing. Ice Maker was causing an ice build-up and malfunction. He inspected the unit, cleared the accumulation, and verified that he had a replacement on hand. He removed the unit and replaced it with a new one at no additional charge. Problem solved, and happy Customer!

Habibullah diagnosed our cooktop downdraft issue. When Sears informed him the part that needed to be replaced was unavailable, he promptly let us know that within the next few business days Sears would contact us to discuss what they would do under the warranty to assist us in replacing the entire unit. Habibullah's expertise and professionalism resolved the issue quickly. We appreciated the way he handled our situation.
