Faramarz was great-did the job. However, Sears service is undesireable because they do not have a live person you can talk to. I tried and tried to talk to someone to tell them they needed to reorder the part because we did not get it as their sys said we did. I had to wait till the guy showed up to tell him he needed to order the part. took almost 3 weeks to get my stove fixed.

Technician was courteous but Sears service Was horrible! It took 4 Times to diagnose And repair Hopefully! We need a new fridg! Let's see if it holds up in the next few weeks

Everything that he did was fine and I respected his efforts. The only reason that I didn't rate him higher was because I had difficulty understanding what he was trying to tell me. Between his fairly heavy accent and my compromised hearing, we had to repeat things frequently and work harder than normal to communicate effectively.

Mr Sediq was friendly. However, he may not have solved the source of the problem. He told my tenant that the ice was clogging the vent and instructed to reset the fridge for 24 hours to check if the problems are fixed. The real problem is likely a faulty part that is no longer preventing frost build up inside the fridge. I would like to request Mr Sediq to replace that faulty part. Thank you, Young K

Nice repairman, most everything was well-explained. But I couldn't tell if he was getting instructions from his phone (on facetime showing what he was doing the whole time) or if he knew his job. He spoke a foreign language on the phone. After he left and I was reviewing the emails, one of them that I signed was for potential damage to my floor for moving the refrigerator. When I signed, I asked what it was and was told it was authorization to do the repair. This is underhanded in my mind. I think I'll find another repair service the next time I need an appliance repaired.

Well dress and presentable. Not aware of past history. He resolved the matter with a temp solution that will fail. The door water delivery is frozen. Like the past two repairs he temporarily unfroze the line. But we know it will freeze again. For the second time he ordered a door the the freezer that is no longer available. Now we wait again for sears to tell us the door isn't not in stock. When asked for a phone number to call he didn't have one.

He didn't know why he was here, nor what the problem was. He replaced the part. Then he said he had too many more calls to make to wait to see if the part worked! He said I will call you in 25 minutes to see if it works- however no call back. This whole experience has been a nightmare, from scheduling to no shows, to not hearing back and no ability to speak with a human being!
