Water heater not fix!!!
This is the worst service 8th servies and problem still haven't been solve the water heater still leaking you guys also re scheduled a few times sit not show up the last 3 appointment this water weather have the same issue since October this is due for a replacement!!!!!

Disappointed, they inspected the Wrong system
Technician was Supposed to service the attic Carrier heat pump. Even gave them the model and serial number. He didn't. It was easier for him to inspect the basement furnace (Trane) and tell us to pay for another service call if we wanted the attic furnace inspected. We wanted the Carrier system in the attic inspected. The Renter at the house just didn't want to argue with the technician so the wrong system was looked at. It was a waste of my time and money since we had already had the basement system inspected by another company. We should be able to get Sears to do what we schedule them to do and inspect the Carrier heat pump in the attic.

Microwave door needing repair
Abdul Aziz needed help finding my house. Required I go two blocks down street to help guide him to my house. Came inside and looked at interior of microwave. Seal which prevents radiation leak is broken. He declared glass seal cosmetic aspect. It is a safety feature for the microwave. I do not recommend Sears Service department. Poor service provided for customer.

Could have diagnosed the problem over the phone. Didn't even help me pull the frig out or put it back again. Never will call Sears again.

Not knowledgeable and rude
The technician chose to avoid the problem my machine had by putting it in a rinse spin cycle . The argument became bad when he told me my machine cannot wash blankets or beddings. He even suggested I need to wash those manually outside and if I had a problem call Kenmore brand. I kicked him out of the house. The technicians who came before him were very respectful and knowledgeable. This guy….horrible and disrespectful.

wasted time
ordered a part and it took more than a month. When the technician revisit with the part and he said it looks like it's not the part issue without even replace it.

Not impressed with Abdul's Service
During Abdul's repair visit with our washing machine - keep in mind this is the third technician that has came out - found the same problem the other two technicians found, unbalanced load in the washing machine. He explained to my wife that she will not be able to do full loads again. Then proceeded to have her put five items in the washing machine, put it on express wash and said the machine and control panel works fine. He did not use the parts ordered by the previous technician and took the parts with him. After Abdul left, my wife did a normal load. After 10 minutes the machine stopped, repeating the same issue since September 20. Control panel stopped working and left the clothes soaking in a washing machine tub of water. Again, she had to go through the whole process of draining the machine. We were told by the other two technicians that the issue is with the control panel, since they are no longer made and are refurbished. This issue will keep repeating since it is an electronical sensor issue. If Abdul would have done his due diligence properly by asking my wife to do a normal load, he would have found this out. Unfortunately, I now have wait 24 hours to call a fourth technician out, then wait another few more days to be dispatched to look at the same problem since September 20th. Keep in mind, we have to go to the laundromat at least twice a week to wash our clothes (family of six). As a Sear Home Warranty member, I find this frustrating. We are to the point of calling a third-party contractor to assess the washing machine and file complaints to Virginia's Dept. of Insurance and the BBB due to Abdul's negligence.

4 visits by Sears service technicians and repairs not done
The latest tech said the washer was fixed, we immediately put a load in, it completely filled the tank although it was a small load and would have overflowed if we hadn't stopped it. I called the tech but of course he didn't answer.

Unprepared, unprofessional
This tech was not prepared with the tools he needed and left a mess while leaving. He asked to borrow my tenant's vacuum, borrowed a knife and soiled several new wash cloths of my tenants. He left a mess with the old parts scattered and charged an additional fee for cleaning the dryer even though the service was paid for in full during the first visit from a different technician. Ill probably be canceling my sears warranty based on this experience alone.

Totally wrong!
He told us the last technician from Sears didn't know what he was doing and there was nothing wrong with our washer but we didn't know how to use it. He left with the parts that the first technician ordered. We immediately put a new small load in and once again the washer locked up and refused to complete the cycle. I immediately called the technician back and of course he didn't answer or return my call. So, a full week after calling our Sears service warranty, two visits, we still don't have a working washer.
