Professional and Timely
I've used Sears multiple times over the last few years, and they have never disappointed. It was no different with Saylor. He came early in the day so I didn't have to wait around. He was courteous, and he quickly repaired the issue with our HVAC. Will definitely recommend and use Sears again.

Mr. Hamayoon and his assistant were both very courteous and very professional in their approach to repair my stove controller board parts. Of the whole process from when the initial diagnosis was done by another technician and was told it was going to be one part than it turned out to be two with the second not having a delivery date and this having to be the third time I've has to be home to complete the repairs and in addition to ending up with the principal part poorly packaged and receiving 3 of the same part for the second board these gentlemen we extremely concious of their work and tested everything to my satisfaction and restored my faith in Sears's at Home Services. Thanks
