I had a pleasant experience. Jawid was informative and took time to explain the issue with my dishwasher and was kind enough to answer questions regarding the the warranty service and other appliances. My only recommendation is that SEARs provide a 4 hour block option. The eight hour block is not what competitors offer. Thank you.
