I am writing to thank Mohammed for his service in my home to repair my washing machine. He was quickly able to find the problem and to replace the needed part and repaired the washing machine. He and his coworker were professional and friendly. I was glad to meet them and have them in my home to take care of my problem. They were a blessing to me!

Naser repaired our washer by installing a new pump, hose, and door gasket. It has worked fine in the one week since the repair. No fault of Naser's, the repair could have been done a week earlier if the right part had been sent.

My appointment was scheduled to Saturday afternoon. These 2 service technicians had been working since before 7:00 am when they arrived at 6:00 pm. It was a big job involving installing a new motor, gear box, clutch and basket action and several other parts. These guys were professional, competent, skillful and quite knowledgeable! In addition they were efficient, pleasant, courteous and very neat. It was of course a long big job which took about 3 hours. They never once complained and the time they spent shows how much the quality of their work ethic was of upmost concern to the outcome of their work! 5 stars is actually too low a rating for as Abdul and Mohammad. Thanks so much to both of them
