Saylor was my 3rd Technician, and he was able to find the problem with my water heater immediately, minutes after walking in and fix it. The 1st technician, despite the fact that we told him that we smelled something burn, didn't look the top of the unit to check for burnt out electric wires - instead he had asked me to get thermostats and heating elements. The second technician spent 2 hours installing the parts and still didn't think to check the burnt out electric wire. Saylor knew exactly what the issue was and resolve it. It turned out that didn't even need the new parts.
