The technician, Milan H, was very professional and responsive to our concerns. He listened patiently and spent time investigating and diagnosing the problem until he was able to get to the root cause. He is a very good listener and I highly recommend his services. I give him a 5-star for his service.

Diagnosed the problem right away. Ordered a replacement electronic board from factory instead of a refurbished one. As soon as the part arrived, he came the next day to install it . All this a week and a half faster than the scheduled installation appointment! My washer runs like a charm now:)

Jamshid was helpful in oven repair! He explained that it was using the self-clean feature that ruined the control panel. He also explained how important it is to not spray or use water near the control panel.

Appointment was available for the day following request. Technician, Abdul, called while enroute to my home. He was very attentive to my concerns re operation of my washing machine; explained thoroughly what the issues were; answered all of my questions; and, showed me exactly what he was checking/testing as he resolved the issue of the spin cycle. He was courteous at all times.

Almost went with a different repair service. The 'unnamed' service provided a gentleman that was unprofessional and borderline rude on the phone. Canceled that call and went with Sears (A&E). So glad that I did. A&E always sends polite professionals.
