Diagnosed the problem right away. Ordered a replacement electronic board from factory instead of a refurbished one. As soon as the part arrived, he came the next day to install it . All this a week and a half faster than the scheduled installation appointment! My washer runs like a charm now:)

Jamshid was helpful in oven repair! He explained that it was using the self-clean feature that ruined the control panel. He also explained how important it is to not spray or use water near the control panel.

Appointment was available for the day following request. Technician, Abdul, called while enroute to my home. He was very attentive to my concerns re operation of my washing machine; explained thoroughly what the issues were; answered all of my questions; and, showed me exactly what he was checking/testing as he resolved the issue of the spin cycle. He was courteous at all times.

Almost went with a different repair service. The 'unnamed' service provided a gentleman that was unprofessional and borderline rude on the phone. Canceled that call and went with Sears (A&E). So glad that I did. A&E always sends polite professionals.

I am extremely happy with the services of Mohammad - they spent a lot of time tying to fix the cooker. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with Sears Home Warranty Service. The cooker was fixed after 7th attempt and I had to take leave for seven days to wait for the technician to arrive. Sears would always send incomplete parts. It took 3 months to replace it. The technicians always identified the right issue but Sears would insist on sending parts rather than fixing it. And then they would send the wrong part. It just went on. No one from the Sears Warranty office called me to apologize and explain. It is the worst service and a wake of call for their customer service people that they should not treat client so shabbily as this is a very competitive business.
