Jamshid thoroughly explained the problem witth my diswasher and what would be necessary to repair it. I decided that given the age on my unit, and the cost to repair, I would be better off replacing the unit. Jamshid explained the benefit of a warrenty for all my household appliances and I will seriously consider getting one when I replace my diswasher. Jamshid did a great jub describing the benefits tio me.

The technician was excellent. The arrival advance notice was helpful. The making of the appointment yesterday was difficult and took and unnecessarily long period of time. But it was done correctly.
