Great service. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very nice man. Had some complications istalling the part but he knew exactly how to make it work. We are extremely satisfied.

7/29/23 tech arrived for Samsung top load washer service repair. Identified one issue presumably fixed and said washer was ready and good working order. 7/30/23 went to do small test load. Power on, machine went straight to spin would not change to wash or otherwise. Called tech no return call. Called sears after 2 attempts and 20 min. Got live rep. Explai n.v ed issue said they have to send different technician. But have to wait until 8/1/23. I will give them opportunity to resolve before additional steps.
