Compleared diagnostics quickly. Had trouble completing billing through AI. Had to wait for a human a very long time. Thus extending my wait time for completion of work on a second unit. Cleaning and maintenence involve five minutes work with a dust rag for $50.00. Definately an excessive charge for no real services. He was friendly and tried to be helpful. Estimate on replacing two heat sensors came in at the cost of a new GE Profile dryer and had to wait two weeks for parts and a return service call with another service fee. So opted to replace.

The repair man was very curtious and professional. My issue was the repair was estimated at $200 for labor and $150 for the part. I ordered the part on Amazon for $18.70 and did the repair myself in 20 minutes. I only paid for the diagnosis.

The service technician was skilled and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and he represented his company well. AI inappropriately cancelled the work order and rescheduling was extremely frustrating. The AI system is NOT serving this company well at this point. It is extremely difficult to reach a live person to help overcome AI generated issues and even when doing so, it was made more difficult as the live agent didn't have access to screens needed for resolving issues. My work order was apparently lost in their system and even though parts and labor were paid in advance, I was told that I would have to pay an additional large fee. It took much time and effort to get everything straightened out. The only reason the company received above a one star rating was because the service technician did such a great job.
