Nothing to criticize about the work completed. HOWEVER, the phone system and the information provided as part of the process is just horrible. Please include an option to speak to an actual person if you have a question.

Samuel was very professional and very knowledgeable technically, an excellent craftsman. However, he was unable to fix the problem since it dealt with the rust and corrosion of the cabinet inside the machine. He recommended some temporary, stop-gap measures that will help in the near future.
