Not reliable. Canceled twice. When they came to look at the washer, they ordered the parts and then could not come for over 2 weeks. Very disappointing!

After over 3 months and 3 visits, my washer is still not fixed between service fees and materials.I've paid out over $600.Constantly talking to a I , which is ridiculous. They always cancel in the last minute!!!! We have been rescheduled for more than five times!! Everytime different excuse!!!We have been waiting so many times and no one is coming to repair our washing machine!!! The customer is robot and we are not able to find any one. Our first schedule is Sep 11, until now, no job done!!!!

Technician wasn’t interested in making a field repair after finding out that parts for a 1.5year old 16,500BTU GE A/C unit aren’t made or stocked by GE. I paid $119 for a service call for no effort on the technicians part

Technician was not the issue. Waiting two weeks to have the refrigerator repaired is. The parts were delivered 12 days ago. Timeliness of repair, especially when it is something as vital as a refrigerator, is essential.

I have been canceled on THREE times in a row I have waited around all day three times now The ai was honestly very helpful and quick to set up the initial appointment- But- if you call the number or text or use the chat option- you can not get in touch with a real person. Im so unbelievably annoyed I'd cancel entirely but they are the only ones in a 30mi radius that will fix a samsung- so I am handcuffed to this abysmal service UPDATE: APRIL 9th 4th NO SHOW What on earth is happening??? I’m sooo frustrated

This was the second attempt to fix my washer. I purchased an extended protection plan for my dryer and washer. This repair person came out on 3/11/25. Even though my instructions indicated that these units were stacked, he was not prepared to deal with that and told me that I had to manage the issue. He explained that he needed access to the front panel and showed me where he needed to remove screws to access. He never said I had to entirely remove the dryer from on top of the washer in order to access that area. Since he had indicated only needed to access the front panel, I had a neighbor booked to come by and help lift up the front of the dryer to allow for access. He visited once and showed me how he planned to help. I had booked a reschedule for 3/24. I was informed that morning (3/24) that this appointment was cancelled. I booked an alternate date at that time for 4/1. Technician texted me in early afternoon of 4/1 asking if I had removed the dryer from on top of the washer. I texted back explaining that his original instructions did not indicate I needed to do that. He argued and then sent me a screen shot of his notes from that day. I replied that he had not been clear, but I had three individuals working on my exterior and they could look more closely at the situation for me and see if they could lift the dryer. We were able to prop up the front of the dryer just as my neighbor had shown me during his visit but noticed then that the back was fastened. We did not have the tools or the ability to address that. I texted service technician back and told him that the two units were indeed fastened together and we could not manage it. I cancelled the visit. I find it absolutely infuriating that this is the 3rd appointment with NO resolution. This is not useful service. I purchased the protection plan knowing that there are few professionals able to fix washers and dryers these days and that I live in a rural area. I also was never told that I had to remove the dryer from on top of the washer to provide access either before the first appointment or even while planning the second (which turned into the third). How can I possibly expect any sort of service on this unit that I spent over $1,500 on (including the protection plan) when individuals sent to repair units are not equipped with the correct tools to address stacked units? Further, this repair person disputed my points about his instructions relative to access via text. He claimed that he instructed me to arrange for complete removal, but that was not the case. I asked him to clarify before he left that providing access could involve propping up the dryer so he might access the front panel of the washer. He did not correct me and tell me to remove the dryer entirely. I am extremely disappointed.
