Canceled apt for Aug9.Resculed Aug 18.Previous app Aug 15.This means no refrigerator for 3 weeks.Not good service.First call for est July 31

Had tech come out to repair refrigerator had to order parts and never showed up once parts arrived , they made me pre pay for the labor and parts , ended up installing myself and cannot get a refund for the labor no local number to contact only people from overseas that say Iโm getting a refund 8 months later no refund ๐๐

Brian our technician was courteous, and professional, he was in no way the problem. The problem is we just had one of their technicians out last month and after paying extra to get everything cleaned and maintained, and a single part replaced ($350 later). We had more issues that should have been diagnosed during the first technician's visit but weren't. Then Brian (tech number 2) comes out, and tells us that the rollers are jacked up and should have been replaced as well as the pulley wheel not spinning freely causing the issues we're having. So not only did the first technician not fix the problem, he didn't diagnose three other problems. Brian said he had the parts on hand to repair the dryer, but we had just spent $350 for the first visit. The additional cost of a second repair ($300 more dollars) would put us over the cost of a brand new dryer of equal or better value than my current one. That's complete lunacy, and you can't say it wasn't related to the first visit because the original tech diagnosed a problem and didn't bother taking care of the other things which were obviously issues at that time as well. So no repair was completed and it was not Brian's fault. I'm not paying to fix something that I can buy brand new for cheaper. Especially when the second call happened within 2 weeks of the first visit. I can promise you this, I will NEVER call Sears home service for anything ever again.

Horrible, Horrible, HORRIBLE! DO NOT RECOMMEND! did I mention their customer service is HORRIBLE? Mr. Doug the tech is SUPER nice, friendly and EFFICIENT! He gets A++++ 10 ๐'s Sears? -1000.....Let's see what they say? NOT going to hold my breath. 12 thumbs down ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐

We waited all day. We didnโt leave the house to make sure we didnโt miss them but they did not show up. Days before appointment they had so many texts & email reminders & confirmations but not showing up they didnโt have the guts to text & emails

If you get a tech out likely you will be taken care of and happy. However, as a company they have extremely poor communication and customer service. It is very difficult to talk to anyone and they have a very nasty habit of scheduling an all day window, not communicating with you then rescheduling you for over a week later. And per many other reviews this is a common issue they have failed to resolve.

Wish there was a zero. No show after tech called with 2 hr window. This was #6 of 6 tech appts and 3rd no show. Range has been broken since mid-August, it is now Oct 6. Multiple parts shipments have resulted in "parts no longer available" but service tech did not update the case so Sears warranty protection won't authorize replacement. It would be helpful to have a replacement before the holidays, but Sears told me 3 weeks ago they were authorizing $50. for a hot-plate.

Wayne was disrespectful, unprofessional. He continued to rush my wife and try to leave before completing the job. He constantly kept harping on having 13 other stops to make. He was not a good representation of Sears. We signed up with Sears and somehow our warranty was switched to Cinch so we had to pay full price for the service according to Wayne. This was a horrible experience.

I had Sears come in for preventive maintenance on my furnace. It was working before they came. It wasnโt working after they left. Unfortunately, I didnโt realize it until nightfall. It is impossible to call Sears Home Warranty up to indicate there was a problem with the visit. There is no option to speak with anyone or to log a complaint. Update: The tech came back out after I filed for a whole new preventive maintenance visit and he started the furnaces but after reaching the desired temperature, they kept running. I had to trip the circuit breakers to get them to stop. OMG - why did they break my furnaces. Of course, I was told one switch wasnโt connected, one may be faulty, and the panel may need to be replaced but none of that work can be done if the gerryrigging done will keep them working. Sears does not want repair work done. I guess I will need to make a third call in hopes they send someone who really can fix my furnaces. I canโt afford to replace them. โน๏ธ
