I really appreciate all of the great service people working at Sears home appliances. Herbert was able to quickly and correctly diagnose the problem (my oven needed its control board replaced) and Kevin was able to find the old control board, replace the part while being careful not to damage or lose any of the components of the stove, and ensured that everything concerning the oven was functioning correctly and that there were no other problems before leaving. I was able to get an appointment right after the part had arrived and get it installed! I really appreciated both Herbert and Kevin’s professional expertise and the care they have to get the job done right; it was wonderful to work with both of them. I am so glad that my oven is working as it should!
