Our technician Scott was great. We already knew the problem with our oven was a element issue. Ron, the technician was the one that ordered the part. But come to find out, the manufacturer actually screwed up and initially put the element in incorrectly. But Scott was great, he checked everything and answered all our qustions.

Walter came in, listened to my complaint, then took a look at the dishwasher and made up a quote and submitted it to new leaf. New leaf did not approve the work. Walter apologized to me and said that the company would call me in 24 to 48 hours. He was courteous and polite! A true professional!
