All the technicians have been to my home for this same problem, Alex was checking everything that needed to be checked out, and he found something that needed a part and he replaced it. Alex was rated a 5 because he did a Job well done and I greatly appreciated it and going forward if this problem starts again I will want Alex for the job Thanking you in advance Ms Patillo
