The technicians can within the window provided, they were pleasant and offered suggestions on how to best take care of the new appliances that i just got. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!! It is a pleasure to deal with proffesionals that know the meaning of service!!!!!!!!!.

Tech showed up on time, was very friendly, new his job, did the repair in a reasonable amount of time and nicely cleaned up behind himself. Washer and dryer are working fine at this time. Very satisfied.

The service man was great. Very knowledgeable and fast. As always Sears keeps our business. 2/24 update Sears will no longer offer an extended warranty on our rototiller. The repair man said if you buy Craftsman products at Lowe's, they don't offer extended warranty either.
