Quick response, online booking, and the technician was knowledgeable and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and order the required part. Installation was completed within a week which allowed us to have our stove for the holidays.

* I really appreciate the way Travis explained everything in ways I could understand. He made sure I understood what was happening with the thermostat I was using and showed me the one he used so I could buy something similar. He never once made me feel stupid, he just stayed as long as it took to let me see the difference for myself. You can really tell that he loves what he does. He is a rare find for any company and I would request him for any other issues that may come up. Thank you again, Travis!!
