* I really appreciate the way Travis explained everything in ways I could understand. He made sure I understood what was happening with the thermostat I was using and showed me the one he used so I could buy something similar. He never once made me feel stupid, he just stayed as long as it took to let me see the difference for myself. You can really tell that he loves what he does.
