Wayne arrived on schedule and immediately got to work. He was finished with my washer leak repair and dryer maintenance in about 30 minutes. He is very professional and courteous. He has my strongest endorsement for your appliance needs.

My dryer broke down and I called Sears on a Sunday- Someone answered and i got an appointment for 8 days later which was ok. Between the day booked and the service date Sears customer service was outstanding. I recieved several reminders via text and email. On the day of service I also recieved a few phone calls from the tech and he did an excellent job of keeping me posted of an eta. He arrived and greeted me and had such a upbeat personality. He got to work and communicated throughout his troubleshooting and when he determined the issue he professionally explained in layman's terms the issue. We are grateful and impressed with his expertise and people skills. All in all we where pleased and this is our second time having Sears come out and fix an appliance last time it was the washer. There great service and techs have been great. We will always call or recommend Sears home services. I'm a trainer and human resources professional and I like to see well trained folks as well as happy employees who are happy with the Company. Anthony has been with Sears for over 20 years which was impressive.

Kemonti did an excellent job and was very professional and courteous. He was honest and showed me what work was going to be done before performing it. Kemonti sets the bar high for all others to follow and should be recognized amongst his peers for doing a wonderful job.

I have had the same technician for many years working on my treadmill, he is on time courteous pleasant, and does a great job.

Again, they were both absolutely outstanding and professional!! Unmatched customer service. I would highly recommend them both for any job. They repaired my dishwasher for me this time.

* Saylor was courteous, professional and very capable. If I need further service, I would definitely prefer him as the tech to service my HVAC systems. Pros like Saylor make you want to renew your Sears contract!
