James was knowledgeable and organized I was totally satisfied with him in his work. Sears provided the service on a saturday which is hard to find. I didn't have to take off work to be available. The negative is like most places you have to be available from the hours of 8 to 5.

My interactions with the technician (Ronnie) were top tier. He was super professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. However, after scheduling my appointment, I was extremely irritated by the AI/computer generated messages. The AI system scheduled 2 dates and asked me the same questions for the 3 days straight leading up to my scheduled appointment. If Sears is going to utilize these computer generated systems to communicate with us humans, please make sure it’s effective.
