I’m giving a 5 star review only for the 2 techs that came out to my house on 1/23 Anthony and Delaney. Delacy is an outstanding tech and he fixed in one day, what 5 other techs couldn’t since my ticket was opened in October. I would rate the company -1 if I could. We have been screwed around since October. My dates to have my oven fixed were constantly being canceled the day of and reschedule without even talking to me. I’ve had multiple techs come to my home and leave without even ringing my doorbell. The helpdesk is non existent. The AI service here is horrible. I’ve had parts ordered that were wrong, and I even had a master electrician come in and do work that SEARS said I needed to get the job done, and it was not even needed. I’ve lost my own customer services (I’m a certified chef), Thanksgiving and Christmas meals were ruined, and I wasted days waiting for a tech to arrive that 80% of the time was a no show. This company seriously need to revamp customer service etiquette, hire better qualified and HONEST techs, and re-establish a human element ASAP. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company and I never write bad reviews. Sears…you earned this one. This has been an unsatisfactory and hot garbage experience. -Monica H.
