Gary was a 5 - 10 of 10. Your scheduling and administrative service is very poor. Almost impossible to reach a real person and when I did we updated the address and info 3 times and was still wrong when Gary called this morning. He is a real champ

Ronnie C. quickly diagnosed my appliance issue and ordered parts. The ordering process with the warranty provider was stuck in a continuous loop with no parts ever being shipped but Sears service tech's would always call and check before rescheduling my appointment. This went on a for a few months before Ronnie C. contacted the warranty company and helped get this issue resolved. Thank you!
