Our tech today was efficient, knew his stuff and got the job done. Answered questions and was knowledgeable. We have a functioning oven which quickly comes up to temperature. I am happy!

Ronnie C. quickly diagnosed my appliance issue and ordered parts. The ordering process with the warranty provider was stuck in a continuous loop with no parts ever being shipped but Sears service tech's would always call and check before rescheduling my appointment. This went on a for a few months before Ronnie C. contacted the warranty company and helped get this issue resolved. Thank you!
